It shall be unlawful for any residence, business or industry to allow drainage of a polluting substance, as defined by 82 Oklahoma Statutes section 1084.2, as amended, into any street, alley, sidewalk or public right-of-way of the City. (2007 Code § 17-4; amd. 2019 Code)
