A. Supervisor: There shall be a Street Department, the head of which may be the Public Works Director or a Street Department Superintendent. The supervisor shall be approved by the City Manager. The duties are as described in title 9, chapter 1 of this Code.
B. Employees: The number of employees will be dependent on available funds. The City Manager shall make the determination when preparing the annual budget, but may add employees later in the year if funds are available. (2007 Code § 1-59)
