7-3-1: INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES:
The City Commission shall have traffic-control signs, signals and devices placed and maintained, as required under the ordinances of the City, to make the provisions of such ordinances effective. (2007 Code § 18-70)
