A. No person shall ride upon any vehicle or portion thereof not designed or intended for the use of passengers. This provision shall not apply to an employee engaged in the necessary discharge of a duty or persons riding within truck bodies in space intended for merchandise.
B. No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, skateboard, sled or toy vehicle shall attach the same to any vehicle upon a roadway. (2007 Code § 18-158)
