7-2-9: DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE:

It shall be unlawful for any person who is under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs or other controlled, dangerous substances, to drive, or be in actual physical control of any vehicle within the corporate limits of the City. (2007 Code § 18-19)
