7-2-8: RECKLESS DRIVING:

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle within the corporate limits of the City in a careless, negligent or reckless manner, without regard for the safety of persons, property or the lawful use of the streets; such person shall be guilty of reckless driving. (2007 Code § 18-18)
