7-1-9: INSPECTION OF VEHICLES:

Police officers shall have authority to inspect and test any vehicle upon the streets of the City at any time, with reasonable cause, to determine whether it is safe, properly equipped and whether its equipment is in proper adjustment and repair. (2007 Code § 18-154)
