1-10-2: JURISDICTION OF COURT:
The Municipal Court shall exercise original jurisdiction to hear and determine all prosecutions wherein a violation of any provision of this Code or of any ordinance of the City is charged, including any such prosecutions transferred to said court, in accordance with applicable laws. (2007 Code § 11-2)
