A. This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the Municipal Court of the City of Waurika, Oklahoma, as put into operation and continued by resolution, duly passed and filed in accordance with State law, on and after March 3, 1969.
B. To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any other ordinance of the City, the provisions of this chapter shall control. (2007 Code § 11-1)
