A. Equipment: It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle which is not equipped as required by law upon any street within the City. It shall also be unlawful to fail to use such equipment in the manner required by law, use it in a manner prohibited by law or to operate a vehicle which has equipment prohibited by law upon any street within the City.
B. Vehicle License: It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle of any kind upon a street of the City unless such vehicle is licensed and displays a valid license plate thereon, as required by State law. (2007 Code § 18-153)
