A. Commission Authority: The City Commission is hereby empowered to adopt and provide for the enforcement of regulations necessary to make the provisions of this title and any other traffic or related ordinances of the City effective, and to adopt and provide for the enforcement of temporary regulations to cover emergencies or special conditions.
B. Compliance Required: No person shall wilfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of the Chief of Police, any police officer, firefighter or any other authorized City employee. (2007 Code § 18-10)
