1-8-1: BONDS OF OFFICERS:
   A.   The City Clerk, City Treasurer, City Manager and the City's Purchasing Agent(s) shall each be bonded by the City within ten (10) days after their election or appointment, in the amount of sixty five thousand dollars ($65,000.00) each.
   B.   The City Commission shall, by motion, establish bond requirements for other City officers and employees, as necessary or as required. (2007 Code § 1-220)
