6-2-4: STATE FIREFIGHTERS RETIREMENT AND PENSION SYSTEM, PARTICIPATION:
The Volunteer Fire Department of the City shall be subject to all of the provisions of the Oklahoma State Firefighters Retirement and Pension Act, all of the provisions of which are hereby accepted by the City for the use and benefit of its Volunteer Fire Department, which shall also be subject to all of the obligations thereunder. (2007 Code § 1-140; amd. 2019 Code)
