Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or of any City ordinance, or maintains or permits to continue, any public nuisance as defined by this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed the limits established in section 1-10-21 of this Code. Every day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (2007 Code § 9-50; amd. 2019 Code)
