A. As provided in 50 Oklahoma Statutes section 16, as amended, the City has the power to determine what is and what shall constitute a nuisance within the corporate limits of the City, and, for the protection of the public health, parks and water supply, outside of the City's corporate limits.
B. Whenever it is practical to do so, the City has the power summarily to abate any such nuisance, after notice to the owner and opportunity to be heard, if this can be done. (Ord. 02062017-2, 2-6-2017)
