3-1-6: ANNUAL AUDIT:
The records and accounts of the City shall be fully audited at the end of each fiscal year by some impartial accountant selected by the City Council for that purpose, which audit shall be made in accordance with “The Illinois Municipal Auditing Law (65 ILCS 5/8-8-1 et seq.)”.
