Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, together with costs of proceedings for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
