A. Hours for public swimming shall be from one o'clock (1:00) P.M. until nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. of any one day from Memorial Day through Labor Day of the same year; except, that the swimming pool may be closed during inclement weather or where unsanitary water conditions exist, or for any special events.
B. Any section of the swimming pool may be declared closed to the public at any time and for any interval of time, either temporarily or at regular or stated intervals.
