A. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is provided, shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this Code.

B. Whoever shall fail to obey the lawful orders of the Public Works Committee given in enforcement of the provisions hereof shall be subject to a penalty as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
