A. Except for watercraft operated by authorized representatives of Federal, State of Illinois, or local governmental authorities, the use and/or operation of boats, canoes, paddle boats, rafts, watercraft, or any other device capable of floating or being operated on water is hereby prohibited in all ponds or other bodies of water owned by the City or within its corporate limits. Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit the use of model boats or other devices that are not capable of being occupied by humans.
B. Swimming is hereby prohibited in all ponds or other bodies of water owned by the City or within its corporate limits.
