9-6-5: AMUSEMENTS FOR GAIN:
No amusement for gain or for which a charge is made can be conducted in a park without the consent of the governing body of the park, and such amusement must be conducted in accordance with any ordinance pertaining thereto (see title 4, chapter 4 of this Code).
