9-5-7: NOTICE TO OFFICIALS:
Immediately upon the issuance of a parade permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy thereof to the following:
   A.   The Mayor.
   B.   The City Attorney.
   C.   The Fire Chief.
   D.   The Public Works Director.
