7-2-10: TAMPERING WITH SIGNS:
No person shall molest, swing upon, pull up or in anyway whatever interfere with or turn any street sign, signboard, street sign pole or guide board pole within the limits of the City which has been or shall be hereafter placed, erected or maintained by the City.
