A. It shall be unlawful to knowingly give false information to any official or employee or representative of the City on any matter pertaining to or affected by his or her official duties.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to conceal his or her identity or falsely to identify himself or herself in response to any inquiry by an official or employee of the City in connection with the performance of his or her official duties.
