6-11-6: PENALTY:
Any person found in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
