6-8-3-4: LICENSE FEES:
   A.   The annual fee for a crime-free residential rental license shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00).
   B.   The fee for a crime-free residential rental license transfer shall be prorated to the date the new owner obtains legal title to the building.
