6-8-3: LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
6-8-3-1:    LICENSE REQUIRED; SCOPE:
   A.   No landlord shall rent or lease a dwelling unit, or receive any rental income, without a crime-free residential rental license.
   B.   Crime-free residential rental licenses issued under this chapter shall be specific to the landlord and shall apply to all dwelling units to be rented as identified on the landlord's application.
