A permittee shall not:
A. Conduct demolition activities before sunrise or after sunset;
B. Use explosives as a means to demolish buildings or structures;
C. Burn, or cause to be burned, at any time, any materials;
D. Initiate demolition work prior to pumping out and disposing of water that may have accumulated in the building or structure; or
E. Illegally dispose of or dump materials.
