11-11-17: GRADING AND SEEDING:
The project site shall be graded to its pre-work elevation and seeded no later than ten (10) days following the completion of demolition and fill activities. The permittee shall seed and straw the project site, or have a hydro-seed product installed, before final inspection. Only dormant seeding shall be permitted through the months of October and March.
