 11-11-16: FOUNDATION WALLS AND SLABS:
All foundation walls and slabs of building or structures demolished shall be demolished and removed from the project site unless used as fill. No filling activities shall be commenced until foundation walls and slabs are inspected by the City to ensure broken for proper drainage.
