11-11-14: UNSUITABLE MATERIALS; CONTAMINATION:
   A.   All materials not used or suitable for fill (the "Unsuitable Materials") shall be hauled away, as it accumulates, by the permittee, and disposed of at facilities qualified to accept the same, depending on the nature, under applicable law. Unsuitable Materials shall be transported and disposed of at facilities that can legally accept new construction, excavation, and demolition materials for the purpose of re-use, recycling, composting or disposal. Only Building Official-approved facilities shall be used by the permittee to dispose of Unsuitable Materials. The permittee shall supply to the Building Official load tickets and landfill receipts from qualified facilities evidencing proper disposal of Unsuitable Materials. The disposition of all Unsuitable Materials shall be accounted for by the permittee in applicable quantities.
   B.   If encountered, the removal and proper disposal of hazardous substances, hazardous materials and contaminated soil, water, and or underground storage tanks (UST) shall be performed meeting all requirements of the IEPA and the Office of the State Fire Marshal. The City shall be immediately notified if such conditions are encountered.
