11-11-10: DUST CONTROL:
The permittee shall control the dust and air-borne dirt generated by the demolition activities. The implementation of dust control procedures shall be required if wind and dry soil conditions reduce visibility on adjacent property or the right-of-way. Concerns for health and safety to the public using adjacent facilities will be grounds for the implementation of a dust control plan. The permittee and the Building Official shall review the nature and extent of dust generating activities and cooperate to develop specific types of control techniques appropriated for the situation. Sample techniques that may warrant consideration include such measures as:
   A.   Minimization of the track out of soil to nearby public areas; and
   B.   Use of "wet saws" when cutting materials.
