11-11-1: PERMIT REQUIRED; QUALIFICATIONS; RESTRICTIONS:
It shall be unlawful to for any person or entity to engage in demolition activities with respect to any building or structure without a demolition permit. Only bona-fide and licensed wrecking or excavating companies shall be eligible for a demolition permit to engage in demolition activities affecting non-residential buildings or structures or any buildings or structures located outside of a residential zoning district.
