Any responsible party failing to reimburse the City of Watseka as provided herein shall be subject to a judgment in the amount of the City of Watseka's railroad occurrence response expenses. Violations of Section 9-10-3 may be administered through the provisions of Title 1, Administration, Chapter 4, General Penalty, Article A, Administrative Adjudication of Non-Vehicular Violations, of the Watseka City Code, or by any other means permitted by law. Nothing in this Chapter shall be interpreted to limit the remedies or penalties available to City of Watseka.
