9-9-15: PENALTY:
In addition to such remedies as may be afforded to the City under a program agreement or applicable law, any person found in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that said violation continues shall be considered to be a separate offense.
