A caretaker may only utilize an adopted lot in the following manner:
A. For open space or recreational activities;
B. To plant, grow, and harvest (but not for profit) flowers, vegetables, fruits, herbs, shrubs, and trees;
C. Install and maintain playground equipment; and,
D. In business and manufacturing zoning districts, with the prior approval of the Building Official, allow parking on a lot in association with an adjacent business that the Licensee owns and controls provided the improvement is constructed of approved pervious materials, but not gravel.
