4-14-1: LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE:
It shall be unlawful to establish or operate a cannabis organization in the city without first having secured a license therefor in accordance with the provisions of Article I of this Chapter. The license fee for a cannabis organization shall be $2,500 annually. The license fee shall be non-refundable and shall not be prorated.
