The trustees of the foreign fire insurance board shall elect from their membership a chairman and a treasurer. The election of officers shall be held annually at a meeting to be held in June. The treasurer of the foreign fire insurance board shall give a sufficient bond to the City, to be approved by the mayor, conditioned upon the faithful performance of his/her duties under the Watseka City Code and the rules and regulations established by the board.
