14-3-4: REQUIRED INSPECTIONS:
Any development constructed pursuant to a stormwater management permit shall be subject to periodic inspections by the Administrator or his designee to ensure conformity with permit provisions and conditions. Such inspections may be conducted without notice at any time during or while the permit is effective.
