Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3791.031, the Municipal Administrator is designated as the officer or official responsible for implementing the provisions of Ohio R.C. 3791.031 within all buildings owned by the Municipality. More specifically, he is hereby authorized and directed to designate the area or areas within municipally owned buildings where smoking is not permitted, and to place or cause to be placed proper signs that area clearly visible and which include the words “No Smoking” delineating the designated areas.
