(a) When signs are erected giving notice thereof, a rate of speed in excess of the following on the streets and highways or portions thereof hereafter designated shall be prima facie unlawful:

Vernon Dr. 25 mph Both Waterville-Monclova Road U.S. Route 24 to former Village 35 mph Both limits (approximately 200 feet north of Fairview Drive). Waterville-Monclova Road From new Village limits (Parallel 45 mph North- to northern boundary of bound Bridgehampton Woods Subdivision) To former Village limits (approximately 200 feet north of Farmview Drive). (b) All streets not mentioned above will be considered residential and subject to the 25 mile per hour limit.
