376.05  OPERATION/USE REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC SIDEWALKS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following requirements are hereby made of all operators and/or users of skateboards, roller blades, and/or roller skates within the City.
   (a)    Every person riding a skateboard or wearing roller blades or roller skate devices shall yield the right of way to all pedestrians at all times and shall pass them, without causing injury or reasonable fear for their safety, even if dismounting or the cessation of locomotion is necessary.
   (b)    Every person riding a skateboard or wearing roller blades or roller skate devices on a public sidewalk shall operate in single file as near to the side of the sidewalk that is opposite of the street or roadway as is practical; and shall exercise due care when passing or meeting other persons or property upon such public street or sidewalk.
   (c)    Every person riding a skateboard shall dismount said skateboard at a street intersection and shall walk as a pedestrian across such intersection.
   (d)    No person riding a skateboard or wearing roller blades or roller skate devices shall operate same on public sidewalks after sunset or before sunrise.
   (e)    Every person riding a skateboard or wearing roller blades or roller skate devices shall do so on private property only with the permission of the person(s) in control, thereof.
