351.22  PARKING OF UNREGISTERED VEHICLES.
   (a)   No person who is the owner of a motor vehicle parking upon any public street or highway in the Municipality shall fail to display on the motor vehicle the distinctive number and registration mark, including any validation sticker, furnished by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles of Ohio for the then current year for the vehicle, securely fastened thereon in the manner prescribed by the state statutes.  Each day during which such failure persists shall be deemed to be a separate offense.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
