(a) Where parking is permitted in the Municipality and a shorter time limit is not specified elsewhere in the Traffic Code or by administrative action pursuant to the Traffic Code, no person shall park any vehicle on any street or highway or portion thereof within the Municipality for more than 72 hours. (b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
