(a) Council may, by ordinance, permit angle parking on any roadway under its jurisdiction, except that angle parking shall not be permitted on a State route within the Municipality as prohibited under Section 351.04(b).
(b) Angle parking shall not be indicated or permitted at any place where passing traffic would thereby be caused or required to drive on the left side of the street.
(c) On streets where angle parking is permitted, no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway as is indicated by appropriate signs or markings. (1980 Code 76.06; Ord. 7-75.)
(d) On streets where angle parking is permitted, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in such a manner that the position of said vehicle interferes with the safe passage of vehicles in the adjacent traffic lane or encroaches into said lane.

(e) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
