(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense.
(b) Whoever violates Section 171.09(d) shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, any employee of Waterville who violates Section 171.09(d) shall be subject to immediate dismissal from the municipal service.

(c) Whoever violates Section 171.18 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for a first offense, not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a second offense and not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for a third and all subsequent offenses.
