(a) Each applicant submitting a SWP3 shall pay the City of Waterville the fees as determined from time to time by Council for the review, filing, inspection, administration and all other work related to the SWP3.
(b) Failure of any applicant to assume and pay charges contemplated by this section shall be cause for the City to refuse to accept the dedication of streets and ways within the development, to refuse to issue zoning and occupancy permits for a project, to order all work on a project be stopped, or to seek, obtain and enforce any remedies legal or equitable to which it may be entitled.
