159.01 ADOPTION OF CITY OF WATERVILLE, OHIO PERSONNEL POLICIES AND PROCEDURE MANUAL.

Pursuant to Charter Section 5.02 , the Council has adopted a comprehensive set of personnel policies and procedures, which shall have the force, and effect of law. Copies of the manual shall be distributed as provided therein and the official master volume shall be maintained as a permanent record by the Clerk of Council.
