Any curfew as defined by this Chapter shall not apply to persons lawfully on the streets and public places during civil emergencies who have obtained permission of the Police Chief or other law enforcement officer of the Municipality then in charge of municipal law enforcement, whose permission shall be granted on good cause shown. Said curfew shall also not apply to medical personnel in the performance of their duties.
