141.01  COMPOSITION.
   (a)   The Fire Department shall consist of a Fire Chief as the head of such Department and volunteer firefighters.

   (b)   Council consents to and approves of the appointment by the Municipal Administrator of such persons who are members of the Waterville Fire Department and certified as being in good standing therein by the Fire Chief.
